About KnowYourselfOnline
KnowYourselfOnline exists for a simple reason: most people go through life without a clear, honest mirror for how they think, work, and relate to others — and most organizations make decisions about their culture with almost no real signal from the people living inside it.
We build original, research-informed self-assessments grounded in open psychological frameworks — not proprietary tests you can't see behind, not horoscope-grade quizzes. Individuals take an assessment to understand their own patterns: personality, work style, career interests, mood and energy. Organizations and therapy practices can invite the people they work with to do the same, and see either anonymized, aggregated patterns or — only with that person's explicit, revocable consent — their individual result.
Privacy isn't a policy promise here, it's an architectural one. The tables an employer's dashboard can query are structurally separate from the tables holding anyone's individual responses, unless that person has actively chosen to share.
We're a small team building this because we believe self-knowledge should be accessible, honest, and never used against the person it's about.
