Privacy Policy

Last updated: [date] — this is a working draft; have counsel review before relying on it for a public launch.

What we collect. Account details (email, name if provided), your responses to assessments you take, and technical data needed to operate the service (sign-in timestamps, device/browser info).

How your individual assessment responses are used. Your individual responses and results are yours. They are never visible to an organization or therapist unless you explicitly agree to share a specific result with a specific organization, via the disclosure screen shown before that assessment. You can stop sharing a previously shared result at any time from your results page.

What organizations and therapy practices see. By default, an organization that invites you to take an assessment can only see anonymized, aggregated patterns across a group of people — never your individual result — and only once enough people have completed it to protect anonymity. Individual results are visible to an organization or therapist only for assessments you were explicitly told, before you started, would be shared that way.

Data retention. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights. You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and revoke sharing consent at any time, by contacting us at the email below.

Not medical advice. This service is for self-reflection and organizational insight. It is not a medical or clinical tool, and nothing here constitutes a diagnosis or treatment.
